About me

As a Daughter of the King, wife, and mama to four, I know that motherhood is both a high calling and a battlefield. After navigating three NICU journeys, birth trauma, and my own battle with PMAD, I realized that mothers need more than just physical care — they need HealinSpace. I am a certified Childbirth Educator, Postpartum Doula, and Peer Support Coach for moms with PMADs, drawing from my education in psychology and my knowledge of the Word. My mission is to empower you to look beyond the clinical side of birth and lean on Scripture as your guide. Together, we find Christ-centered healing for your heart, mind, and body throughout your birth and recovery. You were fearfully and wonderfully made for this, and you don't have to walk the path alone. "You are fearfully and wonderfully made for this."

I dont live in Florida can you still help me ?

Yes. I offer virtual support and can also help you find local resources in your area. All peer support coaching, mini-courses, and digital resources are available nationwide.

What is a VBAC, and can you help me decide if it's right for me?

VBAC stands for Vaginal Birth After Cesarean. I do not make medical decisions for you — that is between you and your provider. What I do is help you understand your options, prepare your questions, process your fears, and build a birth plan that reflects your informed choices and your faith.

Are you Birth doula or postpartum doula

I am a certified postpartum doula. At this time, I am not offering birth doula services due to my family arrangement. However, I have trusted recommendations I can refer you to.

why did you become a birthworker?

I became a birthworker out of the depths of my own struggle. During my third pregnancy, I faced a battle with postpartum depression that opened my eyes to how many mothers are truly searching for real help and don't know where to turn. After experiencing a very traumatic C-section, I felt the weight of discouragement and the fear that my body had failed me. But as I sought help and returned to my faith, God placed a clear desire on my heart: to be of service to His daughters. I changed my entire career—leaving my background in dance behind—because I realized that the same strength and rhythm I once shared on a stage was needed in the home of a mother who is healing. Today, my mission is to be the support I once needed. Through my postpartum doula services, I walk alongside mothers to ensure they are never alone in the "fourth trimester." I am here to help you navigate the emotional and physical transition of motherhood with peace, replacing the spirit of fear with a sound mind. Whether I am providing hands-on care in your home. Or, preparing a Mama for a VBAC, my goal is to encourage you that healing is possible and that your body was designed for victory.
