About me

As a doula and birth advocate for almost 15 years, I am committed to providing the best care to my clients. I pride myself on being a constant student of physiological birth and how to manifest that. While on my journey to be a Midwife I have enjoyed taking that extra knowledge and passing it down to my clients. So that they are fully informed in the choices they are making about what they want their birth to look and feel like.

I offer full spectrum doula services, placenta encapsulation, and child birth education classes.

Full Spectrum Doula Services

Three prenatal visits (can be adjusted depending on clients needs). Labor and delivery support. Three postpartum visits ( can be adjusted depending on clients needs)

Prenatal Support

This offering includes three base visits. This allows us to talk about past birth experiences if applicable and gives us the space to plan for your upcoming birth. That includes creating a birth plan, exploring labor positions, and navigating any concerns you have about giving birth.

$350.00

USD Flat rate

Postpartum Support

This offering includes three visits at minimum. Ideally the first one being at least 48 hours after being discharged from the hospital, or giving birth at home. We will focus on good postpartum nutrition. Lactation support if applicable. Mood and health of Mom and baby, and additional support needed in this very important time.
