Service introduction

My doula services include, two prenatal meetings with me where we will work up a birth and postpartum plan together and go over comfort measures for you to use before and during labor. I will give you access to my resource library and access to a childbirth education class via Zoom. This also includes 24/7 text and call support. Once you get to 37 weeks, I will be on call and ready for baby to come. Once you are in active labor, I will be with you until a few hours after baby is earth side. There are also two postpartum meetings and I can offer lactation support for you as well.
