About me

I am a nurse by trade, Craniosacral Therapy provider International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant, Certified Hypnobirthing educator and trained doula. I have also completed Tethered Oral Tissues Specialty (TOTS) training. I have been supporting expectant parents and families for more than a decade previously as a Labor and Delivery nurse and doula. I believe that our bodies can help heal themselves, if we listen to them. I also believe that supporting families goes beyond the birthing location. It is my passion to support families before, during birth, and beyond.
