About me

I believe that all parents deserve to feel encouraged, respected, and empowered to make the best choices for their families. It was this passion for supporting families that led me to establish Binghamton Metro Doulas. Since 2015, I have provided the Binghamton community with education and support during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period.

Prenatal classes include: Birth Basics, Baby Basics, and Breastfeeding Basics. Group setting and private classes. Private doula consulting, birth support, postpartum support, and lactation counseling. Most services are offered both in-person and virtually.
