About me

As an infant to early childhood nanny, it has been my complete joy to witness parents blossom fully into their roles as loving, foundational caregivers for their children. In my time as a doula, that joy has increased tenfold as I have been able to witness the exact moment that this unconditional love and care is born. The birth of a new human is remarkable, but the birth of parents should be held and cherished just as thoughtfully and deeply. My philosophy as a doula is whole-family care; we got us, we take care of us by taking care of each other. I'd love to be a part of your journey whether you're adding your first or your tenth to your family. Sliding scale rates available: Birth $800-$1200 Postpartum $30-$35/hr

Service introduction

I offer full spectrum birth doula care which includes prenatal and postpartum visits, as well as labor support. I also offer postpartum doula care. Postpartum care can include but it not limited to; full spectrum infant care and education, lactation support, light house cleaning, pet support, and preparing meals.

Full Spectrum Birth Doula Care

2 Prenatal Meetings/Visits: Prenatal Visit 1: Preparing a birth plan and doing a lesson on physical support for pain management for both birthing person and partner. Prenatal Visit 2: "Nesting visit", at this visit we can put together any remaining items for baby, organize closet, pantry, fridge, etc. anything you need to feel ready for baby's arrival. Labor support: Call me when you're in labor and I will meet you at your home or the hospital depending on where you are. Postpartum Visit 1: Oftentimes families will book this visit to be around the time they are arriving home from the hospital, it's nice to have an extra set of hands to load things inside and get everything situated and prepare a meal or pick up take out. Postpartum Visit 2: Your choice! 2 hours. 24 hour on-call text/call support for anything you may need.

Postpartum care is all encompassing, anything you may need help with, I can usually help with!
