I love supporting women, especially preparing them for labor and delivery. Support during delivery whether in hospital or home. As a health coach I support you in your goals and lifestyle changes whether that be postpartum weight loss, weight loss, healthy eating, hormone help and fertility help.

2 prenatal meetings and educational training, the birth and 1 postpartum visit. On call for your labor starting at 38 weeks. I assist you and partner when labor begins and follow your birth plan. I stay after baby is born for up to 2 hours post. Virtual doula available!

Virtual Birth Prep Class
I love the birth experience and have over 7 years of home birth and hospital experience. I teach birth prep classes 2 times a year with another Doula. I also do 1:1 classes virtually or in person. I look forward to meeting and working with you to have a better birth experience. According to ACOG having an educational class before baby comes helps for an overall better birth experience and success with breastfeeding.

Frequently asked questions
Do you replace my partner during labor?
No. Each person has a role and as a doula my role is to support you through contractions and the delivery of your baby. Offering position changes, counter pressure and other modalities to gain some relief from contractions
Can you do virtual?
I can! It’s not quite the same but with the pandemic and hospitals limiting the amount of support persons allowed it has moved us to be virtual doulas. It can be over FaceTime or even just speaker phone. I have been doing this for 7 years and can assist and coach you and your partner through, even virtually!
