Hi, I’m Julie Baumgartner, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with more than 30 years of healthcare experience and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration. I became a lactation consultant after facing my own breastfeeding challenges and wanting to help families navigate theirs with nonjudgmental, evidence-based care. So, whether you're dealing with latch pain, low milk supply, tongue or lip tie concerns or need help with a pumping plan or preparing to go back to work, I’m here to help. I offer breastfeeding support at-home, in-office and virtual consults, in St. Augustine! I’m Julie Baumgartner, a Board Certified Lactation Consultant with 30+ years of healthcare experience. Whether you are struggling with latching, nipple pain, low milk supply, tongue tie, pumping, bottle feeding or other breastfeeding concerns, I would love to help! As a mother of 3, I understand the challenges you might be facing, because as we know breastfeeding is natural, not always easy. As the owner of Best Hope Lactation, I will personally provide expert breastfeeding support in St. Augustine, St. Augustine Beach, St. Augustine Shores, Palencia, World Golf Village, surrounding areas or virtually from anywhere and I also accept insurance to try to help take one less thing off your mind!
