My goal is to provide prenatal and postpartum women with fitness level appropriate workouts that help prepare the body for the stresses of pregnancy, labor, and the physical demands of parenthood. Being a Muscle Mama begins during pregnancy, is tested through birth, and continues into parenthood. I’m so excited to support you through this journey!

Expecting mothers in all trimesters are encouraged to workout throughout their pregnancy, so I can customize a program to fit any prenatal needs. Programs are designed online through Everfit app and can be truly customized to every individual.
