Service introduction

I provide emotional and physical support throughout pregnancy and childbirth and early postpartum. I focus on evidence based research to help clients make informed decisions that’s right for them. If the mother wishes to breastfeed, I give education and support for a successful breastfeeding journey.

Packages

Birth Education and Support

I offer two prenatal meetings in the third trimester to provide evidence-based childbirth education and help inform clients on their birthing options. I provide resources from the start and regularly check in to follow up with your care from your provider. During labor, I provide tools and techniques to keep my clients calm and comfortable. After the birth, I will stay with the mother and provide guidance with breastfeed if the mother wishes. I make a final in person visit within a week or so after birth to make sure all is well with mother and baby, and will continue to keep in close contact for the first 6 weeks after birth to provide guidance and support.
