About me

Jessica is the owner of Moon & Stars and has had the honor and privilege of serving families since 2004. She is a Birth and Postpartum Doula with a passion for 4th-trimester support. Her biggest goal for postpartum support is to support growing families as the family transitions into their new roles. She provides non-judgmental support, and evidence-based education and has a diverse set of skills that will help you navigate the early weeks of parenthood. She has experience working with babies born premature, medically complex babies and high order multiples. She has experience with vaginal births, c-sections and specialized training to support VBAC. In 2014 she expanded her education and gained a Pediatric Sleep Consultant Certification. Jessica helps families create healthy sleep habits from day one. When her time comes to an end, rest assured families will feel confident in their ability to care for their baby and have a great understanding of their baby's sleep needs. Outside of her passion as a Doula Jessica is the mother to 5 amazing daughters. She loves to hike, travel and spend time at the beach. She has been an off and on again resident of Austin since 2003. Austin is a very special place to her and she is thrilled to serve Austin families.
