My name is Jessica and I am honored to be considered as your Doula for this monumental time. My work as a Doula is focused on supporting my clients by leading with love and inclusivity, with the belief that we all have various life experiences, and regardless of those, every client of mine deserves to be loved, heard, included, and empowered to stand for their beliefs in and outside of the labor room with a constant, and reliable support. I have a true passion for obtaining and sharing evidence-based information to work with my clients to make a plan for their ideal labor and delivery as well as the postpartum period. Additionally, I equip my clients through prenatal visits and ongoing communication with information about laboring and birthing positions as well as different types of comfort measures and anything else they may need to feel comfortable. I have a strong belief that every birth experience is unique and special, and understand the tenderness of the moment for mom, baby and family. I have always been called to help and care for others. In my life I have been fortunate to experience and learn about pregnancy, labor and postpartum through others experiences before my own experience in birthing my son just under two years ago. Going through the uncertainty, intense emotions and challenges of pregnancy, birth and parenthood has brought me back to my passion of giving back to my community as a Birth Doula. Outside of being a Doula, I love to spend time with my family, traveling, eating good food and exercising outside. I cannot wait to get to know you more! Congrats on your growing family!

It is my absolute pleasure to recommend Jessica Parker as a doula. Jessica joined me toward the later part of my pregnancy, and from the beginning she offered warmth, knowledge, and steady encouragement. I had hoped for a VBAC, and while my doctors initially recommended this, I felt nervous due to my first birth being a cesarean. Jessica eased those fears by providing evidence-based information, helping me create a plan to discuss with my care team, and offering consistent reassurance. She took the time to check in frequently—sending texts, making herself available for calls, and ensuring I felt supported at every step. When it was later discovered that my baby was breech and a repeat cesarean was necessary, Jessica remained by my side, adapting seamlessly to my changing needs. Although hospital policy only allowed one support person in the operating room, Jessica offered to come to recovery or arrange for her backup doula to be present so I would not feel alone. She went above and beyond by coordinating postpartum support—ensuring someone was there to help me during those crucial first hours at home as a single mother with a toddler. What sets Jessica apart is her genuine care and commitment. She doesn’t just show up for the birth; she invests in your well-being before, during, and after delivery. She supported me far beyond my expectations, and it was clear that she truly wanted me to have a positive and empowered birth experience, no matter the circumstances. I wholeheartedly recommend Jessica Parker to any expecting family. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, reliable, and dedicated. Anyone who has her as a doula will be in the best of hands

We had the pleasure of working with Jess for the delivery of our breeched baby boy. I had a natural delivery and was very scared to deliver a baby naturally breeched and we met Jess right before we were about to start pushing! Her presence helped calm my nerves and I felt extremely supported throughout my delivery. She even kindly recorded my son's delivery, and I'm so thankful to have that footage to rewatch. Thank you Jess for your encouragement on one of the most special days in my life and can't recommend her enough!

Jessica was an incredible and invaluable part of my delivery team. She was supportive, knowledgeable, and quick to respond when I needed guidance. Thanks to her advice and reassurance, I was able to labor at home for the first 12 hours and successfully avoid induction at the hospital. Because of her support, I was able to labor naturally and have a positive, empowering birth experience. I highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for compassionate, experienced support during pregnancy and birth—especially for those hoping to have a vaginal birth on their own time and terms.

I was truly blessed to have Jessica by my side, especially as she was volunteering. From the very beginning of my labor, when I had the Foley balloon placed, the pain was a 12/10 — and I remember thinking if this were just the start, I would never make it through the rest. She grounded me in that moment and gave me the reassurance and support I desperately needed. All in all, my labor ended up being 47 hours. What stood out most was how she asked all the right questions — the ones I didn’t even know to ask. She became my advocate, ensuring I felt heard and informed throughout the process. That kind of presence is priceless, even if it was just keeping me company while I rocked back and forth in the tub. Even after birth, her continued follow-up has been truly amazing. She has checked in with genuine care, reminding me I wasn’t alone in this journey. I couldn’t have asked for a better doula experience, and I’m beyond grateful for her guidance and support. Anyone would be lucky to have Jessica's support.

Jessica was the truly the most amazing doula we could have asked for and the best decision we made was having her be apart of this process. From supporting me through pregnancy to having her with us during labor and now postpartum she really made the experience of welcoming our first baby so incredible. Jessica has such a calming and supportive touch to her, she has so much knowledge, recommendations and techniques no matter what it may be that you are working through or need. I know for certain we would have not had the same experience of welcoming our baby girl had we not had her along, we couldn't have done it without you Jess! Thank you
