About me
I’m an RN and IBCLC who believes mothers deserve better information, better support, and better outcomes. My work centers on helping women understand their bodies—especially during pregnancy, postpartum, and breastfeeding—so they can make confident, informed decisions about their health and their babies. I specialize in complex feeding challenges like painful latch, low milk supply, and tongue tie, but my approach goes beyond fixing symptoms. I focus on the physiology, the family system, and the lived experience of motherhood so that care is practical, compassionate, and deeply individualized. Through my lactation practice, education for healthcare providers, and hormone-focused coaching, I help families move from confusion and overwhelm to clarity and confidence. My philosophy is simple: when mothers are given accurate education, skilled support, and respect for their intuition, they become powerful advocates for themselves and their children. My goal is not just to solve problems in the moment—but to equip women with knowledge that serves them for a lifetime. My work exists at the intersection of postpartum, lactation and hormone wellness - I have specialized training in complex feeding challenges including low milk supply, tongue/lip tie assessment and management, and hormone imbalances.

It was such a blessing to be referred to Jennifer by my chiropractor. She shared so much information and education on lactation and oral function/ development. Not only have the exercises we’ve learned helped my baby’s latch, but also helped him develop better tongue function effectively avoiding the need to perform a tongue release. I am so happy I found Jennifer!

Jennifer is an amazing lactation consultant who goes above and beyond in every way. I had struggled historically with a very low milk supply and she helped me so much in getting on track with my second baby, she helped us with tongue tie and lip tie issues, helped with the latch and so much more, she is an absolute lifesaver when it comes to figuring out breastfeeding challenges and so easy to talk to. She is completely non judgmental and supportive of mothers as they navigate the difficulties of the feeding journey with a newborn. I felt so comfortable going to her with all the challenges and she is amazing at coming up with sustainable feeding plans with amazing results. Hire her, you will not regret it!

I know any of my patients coming from Jennifer are in excellent hands- one of the most knowledgeable IBCLCs I know with advanced training on how to care for babies with tethered-oral tissues- as well as being an excellent resource for moms who are struggling to build up their milk supply. Cannot recommend enough.

The lactation support I received with my first son left me feeling frustrated and anxious, especially after leaving their perfect environment with the perfect chair, pillows and hands on support. We also received a poor assessment of my son’s mouth, which we are now seeking treatment for 5 years later. This experience resulted in me feeling defeated and ultimately exclusively pumping. This time around with baby #2 I was determined not to let that happen again and to be able to exclusively breastfeed (without the pump). After getting a recommendation from a trusted friend I scheduled a prenatal appointment with Jennifer. Leaving the appointment I felt empowered, excited and I knew I was in the right hands. One thing that especially stuck out to me was that Jennifer seemed to advocate for more of a holistic approach and addressed issues such as ties on a more conservative level. After the birth I scheduled an appointment for Jennifer to come to my home. I cannot tell you how invaluable that was. In addition to not wanting to cart a brand new baby around to an appointment in the early postpartum days, we were able to utilize pillows and props in the spaces where I would actually be feeding my son. Thereafter I decided to continue visits in my home. Each and every time we met Jennifer was friendly, incredibly thorough, and always had answers to all of my questions. I especially appreciated the ongoing text support she offered after her appointments. If I had any issues or questions she was available and provided quick responses. Writing this review today I’m happy to say I’m confidently breastfeeding my son! I could not have made it to this point without Jennifer’s exceptional help and support. If you’re looking for an IBCLC for lactation support look no further! I believe Jennifer is truly a master of what she does. I promise you will not get this level of care anywhere else! I will be forever grateful for the time spent working with Jennifer.

I am so incredibly thankful for the knowledge and support that Jennifer (at Latched Eternal Lactation Counseling) provided! My daughter and I have had a very challenging feeding journey since her birth and it wasn't until 6 weeks in that we finally received some answers as to why she could not successfully breastfeed. We had a comprehensive team at our fingertips helping us to achieve our ultimate goal; breastfeeding. Jennifer was a key part of our team. I appreciated that the visits were in-home as that is the environment in which both my baby and I will feed so that made it a more comfortable experience. Also, I felt I was better able to replicate what I learned since we used actual items in my home to assist with breastfeeding. Jennifer is extremely professional, personable, and a true expert in her field. She always answered all of my questions and was able to provide a variety of different options for me and my baby to find success. Jennifer is also very accessible. Sometimes when I was struggling during a feed, I would reach out to her via text and would receive feedback very quickly. She gave me confidence and now, my baby and I nearly exclusively breastfeeding.

Look no further- Jennifer is THE expert you need during your breastfeeding journey! She is extremely knowledgable and will create a clear, concise plan to help you reach your breastfeeding goals. Following our session, I felt confident in a plan to ensure my baby could effectively breastfeed and protect my milk supply. Wish I would have done a prenatal appointment! You will not get this level of education or support from any other IBCLC or prenatal breastfeeding course. Thank you Jennifer for all that you do!!

Jennifer is AWESOME! She was so pleasant to work with, she took her time in really educating me on what was going on with my son and feeding issues we were having. She gave great recommendations and exercises that helped improve his oral/feeding function and all symptoms (digestive/gassy/colic/not fully feeding/unsatisfied/unsuccessful latching/ etc. etc.) have subsided! We are so thankful for her services and cannot recommend her enough!

Jennifer is absolutely fantastic! She helped my son and I develop a great relationship with breastfeeding. She helped us get his tongue and lip ties released, gave us resources for various things, and was quick to respond to our questions. We really appreciated her sweet personality making us feel right at home! Thank you Jennifer!!!

Jennifer has been wonderful and very helpful throughout every step of my daughter’s tongue tie release. She provided amazing support and resources, and was always readily available to answer any questions. She genuinely hears your concerns and is extremely knowledgeable to offer ways to remedy them. Both her in-home consults and virtual consults were beneficial, and I would recommend them to any mom needing help with breast feeding, bottle feeding, or pumping.

I was referred to Jennifer by Dr. Afzal when my 11mo had a tongue tie. Jennifer was so caring, informative, took her time explaining everything beforehand, then the followup care. Highly recommend!

After many months of minimal lactation support from other sources we were at the point of desperation. Finally, we were referred to Jennifer at Latched Eternal and we couldn’t be more satisfied with her services. My only regret is not having found her sooner. I had no idea how encompassing her services could be and additionally it was so convenient to have her come to our own home. Can’t recommend her enough!
