I'm glad you're here! I love all things postpartum, newborn care, and safety. I encourage families to choose what feels authentic to their values and lifestyles, whether that be how they feed their babies, encourage babies to sleep, or what products they use. As a mom myself, I understand the joys and struggles of parenting and I'm here for all the feelings, worries, and happy moments. I combine my education and experience as a Certified Postpartum Doula, Certified Family Educator, Integrative Lactation and Feeding Specialist, and CPR Instructor into services and classes that help you prepare for parenthood. We all need a village to raise our children, and I'm excited to be part of yours.

Newborn Care & Safety Class
My one-day, 3.5 hour newborn care class covers everything you need to know about the first 12 weeks with your new baby. We will discuss everything from newborn characteristics, bathing, and soothing your baby, to car seat safety, safe sleep practices, and home safety tips. We will also learn and practice infant CPR & choking relief, according to the American Heart Association's Family & Friends guidelines. The class is designed to empower parents and help them feel confident during the newborn phase and beyond. Learn some pro tips, ask plenty of questions, and leave knowing about local resources that will help you navigate the first year. This is a great 3rd-trimester course, but taking it any time ahead of the baby’s arrival will serve you well! Partners are welcome and encouraged to join (and are included in the price). This is for one of my regularly-scheduled group classes. If you are interested in a private class, the price will be higher.

Navigating Pregnancy Class
In this intro-to-pregnancy class, learn tips and resources to help you feel confident about pregnancy, birth, and caring for your baby. Topics include: -Pregnancy, postpartum, and newborn expectations -Pregnancy and new-parent education options and resources -Baby registry "do"s and "don't"s -"Preparing for your baby" checklist -Birth and postpartum plan templates And most importantly, getting connected to the community. If you love a good list, this is your sign to register now! Price includes birthing parent and partner or support person. This is for one of my regularly-scheduled group classes. If you would like a private class, the price will be higher.

Jenna is the most wonderful human and I’m grateful to have crossed paths with her in many different ways. We have girls around the same age and met when they were just babies. I’ve since taken her baby registry class when preparing to have my second child and my husband took her CPR/First Aid Class! She is an amazing teacher and is so kind. She is a wonderful resource to have in our community and I would definitely recommend her classes to anyone who is having a baby or even to those who have a family member or friends expecting a baby!
