I offer judgment-free support for you and your family to help you have the information and confidence you need to to advocate for yourself and make choices throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. Your experience should be as individual as you are. We can prepare for what to expect so you can feel empowered to choose what is best for you.
