As someone deeply committed to supporting families during one of the most significant moments in their lives, I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Jeanda Kinsinger and I am a trained and experienced birth and postpartum doula. Over the years, I have had the privilege of providing emotional, physical, and informational support to numerous expectant parents. Witnessing the strength, resilience, and joy that emerge during childbirth is a source of profound inspiration for me. I believe in the importance of creating a nurturing and empowering environment where individuals can make informed choices and feel supported throughout their birthing journey. I look forward to the possibility of working together to create a positive and empowering birthing experience.

Service introduction

I offer 3 prenatal appointments: 1. go over all your wants and choices for your birth - I will compile all that we talked about and write up your birth plan for you 2. private birth class - go over "what is labor" and "what exactly are contractions" and to work with the process and not against it - go over counter pressures and relaxation techniques 3. done right before due date - overview and any questions you may still have 1 to 2 postpartum appointments: 1. 3 to 5 days postpartum - process the birth , help with any breastfeeding support you may need and any other questions or support you may need 2. 1 to 2 weeks postpartum - If you wanted pictures taken this is when you would them as well as your time line - any additional support needed
