Working with Janet was one of the greatest gifts during such a tender season of my motherhood journey. She didn’t just help care for our baby. She cared for my heart, my home, and my family with such intentionality, peace, and Christ centered wisdom. She carried herself with gentleness, humility, and discernment, while also bringing practical support that truly lifted the weight off our shoulders. Janet has been our doula for all three of our children‘s births, one in a hospital setting and two in a midwife led birth centre. Janet’s vast experience allowed her to support me in three unmedicated births, she used counter pressure, massage, positioning and support to help me labour and deliver. My last baby I had in a birth pool and she helped me through the final stages of labour even when in the water. We highly recommend Janet as a great birth team member, we wouldn’t give birth without her!

Janet is highly experienced, a calm and authoritative presence when you need an anchor and brings confidence to the birthing experience. I have had two very different unmedicated births, both powerful and positive and Janet’s presence helped us immensely.
