About me

I’m Jacqulyn Potter, BA, IBCLC specializing in Tethered Oral Tissues (tongue, lip, and cheek ties) and the specific feeding challenges that come along with them. I began the path to IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) in March of 2020, and started MilkFace after becoming a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist. I will meet you in your home where you and your tiny human are most comfortable. Offering in-home consultations in Bergen, Northern Hunterdon, Morris, Sussex, and Warren Counties, as well as virtual consults anywhere.

Do you accept insurance?

I am in-network with Aetna, Meritain, United, & Healthscope. If you have an HMO/EPO plan, please contact me in advance to verify your benefits. I am in network with Cigna through Wildflower. BCBS does not allow IBCLCs to be in-network in my state, so unfortunately I am out-of-network. I will provide you with a Superbill to submit to the claims department for possible reimbursement. I do believe every parent is entitled to support. If you are either uninsured, underinsured, or would prefer to self-pay for whatever reason, please contact me so we can work together to help you and your tiny human.
