Jacquelyn Crocker, MSP, CBE, MMH_C Faith Based Birth and Postpartum Doula Childbirth Educator Maternal Mental Health Certified As a Maternal Support Practitioner, I am dedicated to helping women and their families have a positive, empowered birth experience. Regardless of how or where you birth, my mission is to ensure you feel informed, respected, and supported every step of the way. From processing birth trauma to addressing postpartum mood disorders, I provide the support and resources necessary for a healthy recovery. At Essential Bliss Birth & Postpartum Services and as your Maternal Support Practitioner, I will work by your side as you prepare to give birth; present in each moment with a spirit of love and compassion. Whether you are interested in a birthing class, or would like to work with me as your Doula, I’ll provide the emotional, educational and physical support you need not only during labor, but throughout your pregnancy and postpartum as well.

4 - 2-hour visits. Assistance with breastfeeding/pumping/bottle feeding Baby care including bathing, swaddling and diapering Light housework such as meal prep, dishes and laundry Organizing baby’s nursery Assistance with older siblings Caring for your baby while you nap or shower Safe sleep tips and troubleshooting sleep issues Emotional support and processing your unique birth story Referrals to additional support services With postpartum support you get extra help in those first few weeks home. You also get my expertise in feeding, sleep support, and education. As a postpartum doula I will be there is lighten the load for the family especially mom and focus on mental health and healing. Support also available for surrogacy and adoption. Overnight support available at additional cost.

3 - 1hr zoom/facetime calls Help create & understanding a birth plan. Tips for natural pain relief, positions & affirmations. Unlimited text support throughout pregnancy. 30 min check in call 3 weeks postpartum.

C-Section Support
Includes Cesarean Birth Planning Class. 1 prenatal meeting to discuss your cesarean birth plan, baby care plan, and postpartum care plan. Presence at your cesarean birth. Breastfeeding support if desired. 5 hours of postpartum care, in your home. This can be spread out over 2-3 days. (Postpartum care is tailored to your needs) Additional care can be added for $30 per hour. A C-section can be something you’ve planned or something you didn’t expect. Having a doula can be very beneficial in either situation and can provide information, answer questions, and offer resources and education around this type of birth.
