I'm Isha, your dedicated elite certified newborn care specialist, postpartum doula, and birth doula with over a decade of experience helping families navigate the beautiful chaos of new parenthood. What parents often call my "baby whisperer" abilities are simply the result of 10 years spent learning the subtle language of newborns and creating calm in what can feel like the eye of a hurricane. When I'm not supporting growing families, you can find me performing improv and comedy on stages across New York City, channeling my creative energy into laughter and storytelling. I was very disappointed with my experience with Isha. We hired her as our postpartum doula, signed a contract, and paid in advance for her services. However, when the time came for support, she became completely unresponsive. We tried reaching her multiple times through text, email, and her booking link, with no reply. During the postpartum period—when support is most needed—she was absent, which added unnecessary stress. We’ve requested a refund for the unused hours (valued at $300), but have not received any response. This level of unprofessionalism was incredibly disheartening, especially at such a vulnerable time.
