About me

As a registered nurse, I've worked with doctors and specialists to create easy-to-follow plans that help parents and their babies. I am here to support your feeding goals. Whether it is breast/chest feeding or exclusively pumping- no judgement. As an IBCLC (Internationally Board-Certified Lactation Consultant), I have undergone intensive training that results in positive outcomes for you and your baby. I have cared for families through pregnancy, birth, and lactation since 2008. My I draw upon my vast experiences: as a Community Health RN, a Postpartum hospital RN IBCLC, breastfeeding educator-teachings classes, and lactation support groups, and as a Maternal Ed IBCLC outpatient clinician, conducting individual consultations at one of the largest Baby Friendly hospitals in the USA. I have been board certified in lactation since 2010. IBCLC is the gold standard and highest designation of lactation consultant. I would be honored to help you and your family!

Service introduction

I provide prenatal, postpartum, re-lactation, pumping and back to work consults in home, virtually, or by phone. Some common issues parents face: latch, sore nipples, engorgement, clogged ducts, mastitis, fussy/gassy, low milk supply, pumping, multiples, slow weight gain, pre/post weights, and oral motor assessments with appropriate referrals to other allied health care professionals.
