About me

Hi, I’m Heather! I am a Wife, a Mom to a sweet boy, and a Postpartum & Infant Care Doula. When I found out I was pregnant I researched all things labor which is important, but I didn’t realize the importance of Postpartum Planning & Care. Throughout my own journey in the Postpartum Period, I developed a deep passion to serve and empower you in yours. This is ultimately what led me to become a Postpartum Doula.

Service introduction

Daytime support- Daily Check-ins to ensure everyone in the home is adjusting well. Infant Feeding Support (breast/bottle) Helping with light housework (folding laundry, dishes, wash/sanitize bottles & pump parts, meal preparation) Tending to baby so Mom can take a nap, shower, or take some me time. Connect family with professional resources (IBCLC’s, pelvic PT’s, pediatric dentists, and perinatal counselors). Running appropriate errands (grocery pickup, or post office runs, etc) Newborn Care education ( baby-wearing, soothing, bathing, changing diapers, swaddling, etc)
