Lauren came into our lives as a doula, but will forever be someone we consider a friend!! Our first birth was harder and more unexpected than we ever thought, so we decided we needed support through our second time. Our first impression of Lauren was very laid back, thorough, and warm! She made us feel at ease, and covered all our concerns. Throughout my pregnancy she reached out many times to check on how things were going, provide suggestions for issues i was experiencing, and overall encouragement. She had videos to watch, and helpful links to information any time I had a new symptom or concern. She was very supportive of my wish for a vbac, and ultimately supportive of my decision to opt for a scheduled c section (we changed our minds at 38 weeks!). We loved working with Lauren, and highly recommend her to all!

I'm Victoria — a certified birth and postpartum doula, Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), and Hypnobabies Hypnobirthing Instructor! My journey into birth work began with my own transformative postpartum experience as a mother, which inspired me to support others through the deeply personal and powerful seasons of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. I take a holistic, nurturing approach that centers each family’s unique needs with care and compassion. With a strong focus on maternal mental health and emotional well-being, I’m a dedicated advocate for informed, empowered choices and gentle, supportive care. I believe that when we nurture the mother, we nurture the entire family — and it’s my honor to hold space for both the beauty and the challenges of this life-changing journey.

Dale was my instructor through the MaternityWise Doula Program back in 2018. The moment I spoke with her, I knew I’d chosen the right path. She kept in constant contact and made sure I was fully prepared for class. Her teaching went beyond the binder—she shared the real ins and outs of the doula business, the birth experience, and answered every question. She opened up about her own life so we could see how being a doula fits into everyday life. One experience changed my life: Dale walked me through attending my first birth and gave me the confidence to take charge. She was also present for the birth of my last baby in 2019. When she arrived, she immediately made me feel calm and empowered. The doctors and nurses respected her so much—they even waited for her to arrive before breaking my water and asked for her approval. It was such a powerful moment. It was an honor that she cut my baby’s cord. Dale is the best and will always have my family’s love and respect

I offer both in home and in an office setting along with virtual opportunities to work with me. The conversation may start around breastfeeding but it does not end there. Dynamic movement is foundational to breastfeeding. During our visit, I will be helping you learn how to help your baby to move, which can often leach into helping mom learn how to move as well. While many of my clients are concerned with how baby’s mouth is working, I see oral function as the tip of the iceberg. We need to work from the ground level up to get lasting results. We look into what kind of support mothers need to thrive during postpartum. A mother’s health and vibrancy is reflected back by her baby. So to help a newborn that is struggling, we need to support that newborn’s mother. We talk about nutrients mothers need to support themselves and a robust milk supply and how nurture the essential nutrient of rest during a physically and emotionally demanding season. While our goal is address any feeding concerns your family is experiencing, we work from a wide lenses to ensure we are building a lasting foundation.

I had Erica as my doula for my first birth which was an at home water birth and she was the best doula anybody could ask for. The most supportive and caring person during this experience. Her vibe is unmatched and genuinely cares about your well being during this time. Beyond grateful that I found her and definitely would recommend her to anybody that needs a doula.
