For the past two decades, I’ve had the honor of walking beside families during one of life’s most tender and transformative seasons, the postpartum journey. My work is rooted in deep respect for both the science and the soul of parenthood. My story began in early childhood, shadowing my mother, a NICU nurse, as she cared for the most fragile newborns. Watching her hands bring calm and comfort shaped my lifelong devotion to babies and the families who love them. I began my career as a birth doula and midwifery student, but quickly realized my calling was in postpartum care, where science, nurturing, and healing intersect. As an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), and Certified Postpartum Doula, my approach bridges evidence-based clinical care with holistic healing. I integrate functional nutrition, somatic awareness, and nervous system support to help mothers find their rhythm again, physically, emotionally, and energetically.
