Birth Doula Support
My birth support is a private, elevated experience designed to bring calm, confidence, and unwavering presence to your entire birthing journey. From the moment you reach out in early labor, I provide continuous, one-on-one support tailored to your preferences, rhythms, and needs. I help create a peaceful, grounded environment — soft lighting, comforting touch, breathwork, positioning techniques, and emotional steadiness that allows you to stay centered. Throughout your labor, you’ll have someone who anticipates your needs, advocates for your birth plan, and supports your partner so the whole space feels calm, connected, and protected. After your baby arrives, I remain by your side to ensure a smooth, gentle transition into the fourth trimester. Whether it’s assisting with that first feed, helping you get settled and comfortable, or holding space for those first quiet moments, my goal is to provide a seamless, nurturing experience from beginning to end. This is birth support designed to feel luxurious, grounding, and deeply cared for — a modern, elevated approach to one of life’s most powerful moments.

After having a somewhat traumatic birth experience my anxiety was sky high and I was terrified of letting anyone near my baby. Grace instantly put my momma heart at ease. She was incredibly supportive and helpful with newborn scheduling and my breastfeeding journey. I completely trust her with my child and can’t imagine my experience without her support. She truly is a baby whisperer! More importantly, she gave me confidence in my own capabilities as a mother and for that I am forever grateful.

Grace is a truly inspiring postpartum doula and mother. She brings a calming, non-judgmental presence to the families she supports, creating a space where new parents feel safe, heard, and cared for. Her knowledge of breastfeeding, infant sleep, and the physical recovery process after birth is exceptional. Grace offers practical guidance with warmth and understanding, empowering families during one of the most vulnerable and transformative times in their lives. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have Grace as part of their postpartum journey.

Grace is amazing and so knowledgeable! We felt so comfortable leaving her with our newborn while my husband and I caught up on sleep. She did such a good job caring for our newborn and taught us many valuable tips! She came highly recommended by a close friend and we would definitely recommend her.

Grace was so knowledgeable when it came to the questions I had for her regarding newborn sleep and eating habits. My baby had a tongue tie and she was so helpful with how to get baby latched correctly and comfortably. She also helped me to get my baby sleeping through the night at 2 months! Most importantly, she was supportive and respectful of my parenting decisions even if they aren’t the decisions she would make for her family. So thankful to Grace for the rest, comfort, and confidence she gave me as a new mom.
