About the provider
Hi I’m Ashley. I’m a certified childbirth educator, birth, and postpartum doula. We live in a culture where we are encouraged to “take charge” of our lives and bodies, but that doesn’t seem to be the case when it comes to women in labor. I grew up hearing stories from ladies (and still do) who only remembered pain and feeling completely powerless during the birth of their children. How a women remembers her birth can greatly affect the rest of her life. Was it a traumatic experience or a beautiful one? What I’ve learned throughout my years of being a doula as well as a mother is labor does not have to be traumatizing. The birth of your children can be a beautiful and empowering moment that you can cherish the rest of your life. I am honored to serve families in Mineral Wells and the surrounding areas. My goal is to educate expecting clients on all their options so they can have the best birth for their family!
