In Latch 101, we’ll cover everything you need to feel confident and comfortable on your breastfeeding journey. We’ll start by setting clear breastfeeding goals that work for you and your baby, then dive into positioning techniques to help ensure a deep, effective latch. You’ll learn how to avoid sore nipples and discover my secret breastfeeding “weapons” that make the process easier and more enjoyable. Plus, I’ll share my favorite tried-and-true products for keeping your nipples happy and healthy.
