We teach live. interactive Bradley® Birth classes to expectant couples. Our fun interactive couples provide information about the process of labor, prenatal nutrition, great coaching, comfort measures, advocacy, and coaching. Expectant couples learn how to design their personal birth plan. We used the techniques we teach for our 9 Bradley® births. Jeff gives the perspective of husband, coach, and father. Karen gives the perspective of a mother who has given birth 9 times naturally. We teach a ten week series so empower your birth. The series starts on Sunday, August 10th at 6 pm Eastern and finishes on Sunday, October 19th. Classes meet from 6-8:30 pm. They include a breakout room session so you can discuss topics with other couples in your cohort. All couples receive access to the digital official Bradley® workbook and resource center.
This is an online event. Your instructor will provide you with instructions on how to attend after you sign up for the event.

About the provider
Helping couples learn about birth is my vocation. For over 20 years my husband, Jeff, and I have been teaching Bradley® childbirth classes together. He gives the viewpoint of husband, coach, and father. I am the one who has given birth to our 9 babies using the techniques we teach. We teach virtually to couples around the country. Our couples enjoy our interactive live classes where the partner learns how to coach and be a very active participant in the birth. Natural childbirth is our focus but all couples are welcome to learn in our virtual classroom. We have taught in San Diego, New Jersey, Connecticut, and North Carolina. We have had couples attend our classes from most states. Four of our younger children live in our home. The other 5 pop in and out. We also have hens, turkeys, and rabbits in our menagarie.
