We offer many options to women in their childbearing years. You are among the many women and men currently reclaiming the power to make conscious, safe, mindful choices during pregnancy. Standard care for all clients is composed of comprehensive prenatal, labor, birth, postpartum and newborn care, as well as breastfeeding support. We also provide childbirth education, pre-conception education, and natural family planning.

Packages

Birth Center

We offer comprehensive prenatal, birth, postpartum, and newborn care, up to 6 weeks postpartum. Office visits : We follow the standard schedule of care for pregnant women. Weeks 1 - 28 - visits are monthly Weeks 28 - 36 - visits are every two weeks Weeks 36 - 42 - visits are every week until birth Postpartum visits within 30 miles from Birth Center: Home visit #1 at 24 - 48 hours Home visit #2 at 3 - 5 days postpartum Office visit at 10 - 14 days postpartum Office visit at 6 weeks postpartum Postpartum Visits outside 30 miles from Birth Center: Virtual or Office Visit at 24-48 hour visit Office Visit at 3-5 day postpartum Office visit at 10 - 14 days postpartum Office visit at 6 weeks postpartum Each visit with your midwife will be approximately 45 minutes to one hour. This gives us ample opportunity to get to know each other and provide well rounded care. After the birth of your baby, you can rest and recover in our beautiful birth center. We ask that families stay for at least 2 hours postpartum, but are welcome to rest and recover up to 8 hours postpartum. Community Resources: We are happy to offer the following: Ultrasound (1 at 20wks or later, included with care) Breastfeeding Classes (included with care) Lactation consult (included with care) Monthly Mama Gatherings (Free to the community) Childbirth Education Classes (not included in cost)
