About me

Hi, I’m Emma — a DONA certified birth doula with a deep love for supporting families through one of life’s most sacred transitions. I bring a background in integrative care, earning my Bachelor of Science with a focus on women’s health and I am Gilligan’s Guide certified. I’ve also received my wellness coaching certificate, which allows me to support families with a whole-body approach. My work weaves together evidence-based support with modalities like meditation, grounding, breathwork, nutrition, and gentle energy work. I’m here to support you in feeling informed, confident, and connected to your body throughout your birthing experience.
