About me
Hi, I’m Emily! I’m a mama of four and a birth doula serving families throughout East Texas. Motherhood and birth have always been something deeply important to me, and after having my own children, I knew I wanted to support other women through one of the most vulnerable and powerful seasons of their lives. I truly love what I do. My goal as a doula is to help families feel supported, informed, and cared for throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. I support all types of births and believe every family deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered in their experience. Whether you’re planning an unmedicated birth, epidural, induction, cesarean, or home birth, I’m there to provide emotional support, education, comfort measures, and encouragement every step of the way. I strive to create a warm, judgment-free space where you can ask questions, feel safe, and know you don’t have to do this alone.

Emily is such a caring & loving soul! Was so nice & what a great experience having someone there that gave so much extra support during pregnancy, delivery (it was a fast roller coaster!) and she was there fast when it was baby time. Postpartum she even came over for a coffee postpartum checkup ✨️💖 we still stay connected with each other. Highly recommend Emily for a birth doula!

Emily was an incredible doula, and I truly cannot imagine my birth experience without her. She had such a calming presence throughout labor and somehow always seemed to know exactly what I needed in the moment. When I needed a distraction, she kept me talking about books and a musical we both love, helping take my mind off the intensity of labor. When I needed quiet, she respected that too, sitting with me in peaceful silence and giving me the space I needed. She was kind, gentle, supportive, and endlessly comforting every step of the way. More than anything, Emily was my biggest cheerleader. She encouraged me when things felt hard, reminded me of my strength, and helped me feel confident and supported throughout the entire experience. Especially when I was scared and panicking while pushing with a failed epidural while my baby had decels. Her care was thoughtful, intuitive, and genuine. I am so grateful for her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a doula who is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to supporting families during one of the most important moments of their lives.

Emily is the most amazing doula!! She was there for me through out my entire pregnancy. From the very beginning she was there. She was there for all the late nights worrying and even stayed up to talk to me one night when I didn’t feel good. Emily puts her life aside to be there for you on your biggest day and I think that’s so amazing. Emily is not only a great doula but an even better person. She still calls to check up on me and baby. She was very hands on and so helpful during the actual labor part as well. I was having horrible contractions and her counter pressure techniques really pulled through. My feet were also the size of water balloons and Emily massaged them until my feet were back to their original size!! I would recommend her a million times over 🫶🏻
