About me

Hello, I'm Elizabeth! I've been fascinated by all things birth and breastfeeding for as long as I can remember, and have been a certified birth and postpartum doula since January 2025. I am passionate about helping families achieve the physiological birth they desire by providing physical, emotional, and informational support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum season. One of the barriers that often stands in way of expecting mothers is fear. Fear of the unknown, of the intense, or of not being able to "do" birth. Mama, you've got this! Let me help you and your birth partner walk through those fears and release them, so that you can be open and confident as you prepare to welcome this sweet new life into your arms!

I offer nurturing, high-quality pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care in the Edmonton, Alberta region. I am passionate about helping women achieve the natural, physiological birth they desire, and do so by providing physical, emotional, and informational support. I am a strong believer in the invaluable role of the birth partner, be it your husband, mother, sister , or a trusted friend. To that end, I offer personalized education and support to your birth partner, as well as to you, so that he or she is the best equipped to support you during pregnancy, birth, and beyond!

Packages

The All-Around Birth Support Package

This aptly-named package really does have it all: up to 8 months of phone/text support, two in-person prenatal meetings wherein we discuss your ideal birth, any fears or concerns you may have, and the various comfort techniques and labour positions available to you. It also includes a prenatal nesting/home prep day, continuous support during labour and birth, as well as two in-person postpartum follow-ups in your home. During these visits I provide a listening ear, answers to any questions or concerns you may have, light housecleaning, professional referrals for postpartum needs, baby and mama care, and delicious, nutritious food!

The Virtual Birth Support Package

This package offers virtual support from 25 weeks of pregnancy to 2 weeks postpartum. You receive 24/7 access to me via text/Messenger/Instagram with any questions or concerns, as well as two virtual prenatal meetings, a birth preferences call, a postpartum preparation call, and constant contact for labour and birth. You also receive virtual postpartum support and breastfeeding education/assistance up to 2 weeks postpartum.

Ready, Set, Birth! Prenatal Support

If you're looking for all the perks of having a doula without actually wanting doula support during your labour and birth, this is the package for you. I offer two in-home prenatal meetings, one in-home birth partner education workshop, and up to 8 months of continuous phone/text support, ending with the onset of labour. The basic RSB package costs $975CAD. If you'd like postpartum support as well, you can opt for the RSB + Postpartum Support Package. This includes the basic RSB package, plus two in-home postpartum visits where I offer a listening ear, light housecleaning, professional referrals for postpartum needs, baby and mama care, and delicious, nutritious food! This package costs $1,175CAD.
