Hello! My name is Elise and I’m a birth doula. I’m passionate about everything birth and love helping women see the power they have over their birthing experience. I have experience with both home and hospital births and am knowledgeable in hypnobirthing, massage, counterpressure, acupuncture, and other things that can help make your experience more positive!

I am a birth doula! I offer prenatal appointments, where we will do anything from learning all about birth and going over your birth plan to learning different comfort measures. I also offer constant support throughout your pregnancy, constant labor support, and one postpartum appointment
