For those of you that don't know me, hi! I'm Natasha! & I'm obsessed with birth 😂 I'm a foster mom, I have an 2 year old son 😭, and a pretty cool husband! Ever since I had a traumatic birth & postpartum period with my son, I have become so passionate about mothers & making sure they are able to have the best birthing experience possible. So here we are! I've taken a birth & bereavement doula course, & am DONA and Tricare Certified! I've also documented multiple births & I don't think I've ever been more passionate about something in my life. There's something so incredibly special about watching someone become a mother for the very first time, it's almost like a high I get every single time I witness it! My mission in birth work is to instill something deeper in each and every one of my clients. By the time your babies birthday is here, I want you to feel informed. I want you to feel supported. And I want you to feel empowered. Because you are amazing. & birth is amazing. & women are badasses. I believe that every mother giving birth deserves access to education, resources, & support to ensure they have the birthing experience they envision. Whether you're giving birth at home, in a hospital, natural, medicated, belly, or vaginally, I'm the one who's going to be cheering you on from the sidelines & reminding you that your body was made for this & you can do this! 💓

I found out I was pregnant in February of 2023, things took a turn for the worse with my child's father within a month following. After leaving him he decided to remove himself entirely from my child's life and I was left feeling I was going to take on this incredibly scary and exciting life event all alone. Little did I know, I was the farthest from! Natasha was my doula. She supported me throughout my pregnancy, through childbirth and during the initial part of my postpartum experience. I have never in my life felt more unconditional love and support. She was knowledgable, calm and created a space that felt safe. If I was given the opportunity to go back in time and choose my child's father or Natasha for support, I'd choose her every time!

Karoline was my doula for my first baby after a year of trying and a few losses. I was honestly terrified of labor and had a very quick progression from barely cramping to my girl in my arms in about twelve hours. She helped me so much before and during labor, easing all my anxieties and making everything such a calm, positive experience. She provided me with lots of info on how to cope with late stage pregnancy and breastfeeding, and coached me through my labor in exactly the way I needed. After I brought my sweet girl home, she came over and brought food and postpartum supplies, helped us figure out a routine and what we needed for pumping and bottle feeding so my partner could do some nights, and even helped pick up around the house while we got to enjoy a home cooked meal together for the first time in days. My first few weeks postpartum were so much easier with her support. I am so grateful I had her to help me through this experience and would recommend her to any mother looking for a hands-on, attentive, caring doula.
