About me

Hello, My name is Doracelis, I am a mother of 5 beautiful children and I am located in Lady Lake, Florida. They have taught me over these past 16 years that they are individuals with different needs and that each person's personality is unique. I was a lactation counselor for the WIC program for 7 years and 3 years ago, I became certified as a Postpartum Doula, focused on postpartum care for the mother and her children. I am currently certified as a Birth and Postpartum Doula to serve women in their pregnancy and birth process. From each of these opportunities, I learned a lot and I want to share my knowledge with you. If you need a Doula in your pregnancy, birth and postpartum process, I am available to answer all your questions and serve you in any way you need. Remember that you are not alone in this process. Ellos me han enseñado durante estos pasados 15 años, que son individuos con distintas necesidades y que la personalidad de cada uno es única. Fui consejera de lactancia para el programa WIC durante 7 años y hace 3 años, me certifiqué como Doula posparto, enfocado en el cuidado de la madre luego del parto y sus hijos. Actualmente me certifiqué como Doula de parto y posparto para servir a mujeres en su proceso de embarazo y parto. De cada una de estas oportunidades, aprendí muchísimo y quiero compartir contigo mis conocimientos. Most of my services are covered by Medicaid. Medicaid covers Prenatal visits, birth and postpartum visits. The insurances that accept are: Aetna Better Health, Sunshine Health & United Healthcare Community Plan. I'm currently accepting clients in Lake, Sumter and Marion Counties.
