About me

As Dominique— I live for mommy and daughter dates, iced oat milk lattes, home cooked meals, old school R&B, and the sound of ocean waves. As a doula— I live for a grounded, confident, SUPPORTED, and informed client. I am a firm believer that birth should NOT be a traumatic experience. I’m also a firm believer that a well watered mama increases the likelihood of a healthy and happy baby. A doula’s role is to support both mother and child. Together we’ll explore mindfulness techniques, comfort measures, and ensure your toolkit is well equipped for a positive birthing experience. I am happy to discuss breastfeeding techniques, to create a postpartum game plan, to provide herbal teas and natural remedies, to offer customizable meal plans, and to help you design a birth plan. Service introduction

I offer in-person and virtual support. Offerings include prenatal care and childbirth education for expecting mothers and birthing people. I also provide labor and delivery support in all settings (birth center, home, or hospital). I provide postpartum care and adjustment support, including daytime and evening care. In addition to doula care, I also provide optional placenta encapsulation services, herbal/holistic education, and plant-based meal prep services. I am currently preparing to sit for my Certified Lactation Counselor exam to provide additional support to my lactating clients.
