Hi, I’m Debra Lynch, of Better Babies, a compassionate healthcare professional based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, specializing in newborn care and family support across Northern Palm Beach County. As a mother of four— including twins— and a proud grandmother of three, I understand the challenges and joys of raising children, and I’m passionate about helping families navigate those early years. With a background as a Licensed Practical Nurse, Newborn Care Specialist, Certified Doula, and Breastfeeding Counselor, I offer expert care and guidance to new parents. My training in Sleep Safety, Sleep Training, and BLS (Basic Life Support), along with First Aid/AED certification, ensures I’m always prepared to provide the safest, most effective support for your family. My goal is to empower and support parents during one of the most important times in their lives. Whether you need advice on newborn care, sleep routines, or breastfeeding, I’m here to offer personalized guidance and resources.
