Being a doula isn’t just something I do — it’s who I am. I come to this work with both heart and hands: deeply compassionate and clinically trained. I believe birth and family-building in all its forms deserve steady, knowledgeable, and nonjudgmental support. Whether I’m offering comfort measures in active labor, explaining medical options in a hospital room, or simply sitting quietly and holding space, my goal is always the same — to help families feel safe, informed, and truly cared for. I trust the wisdom of the body, but I also respect the realities of modern medicine, and I bridge those two worlds with calm confidence. I proudly support all types of families and all paths to parenthood — traditional birth, cesarean birth, adoption, surrogacy, and even palliative and end-of-life journeys surrounding pregnancy and infants. I understand that not every story unfolds the way we hope, and I believe every story still deserves tenderness, dignity, and unwavering advocacy. My philosophy is rooted in inclusivity, respect, and meeting families exactly where they are. Whether welcoming new life or navigating complex emotions, I show up fully — with warmth, clinical understanding, and a deep belief that no one should walk these moments alone
