About me

Hey there, my name is Dannielle! I am a DONA trained doula, a 200hr RYT, and an essential oil consultant. I have a passion for helping people during one of the most exciting times of their life. I believe in creating a village for both mom and dad to ease their worries and help support them in away that is best for them. My yoga training is specialized for pre/post natal. Movement is key to me in pregnancy and labor. The best way to help know how to move in labor is to practice in pregnancy. I help with creating individualized yoga as well as teaching comfort measure during pregnancy that can help aide you during the different stages of labor. I look forward to seeing how I can best serve you in your pregnancy and postpartum journey.

Service introduction

The services I can support are pre/post natal yoga, essential oil consulting, birth plan help, teaching comfort measures, preparing you for birth, continuous labor support, golden hour support, breast feeding support, and 1-2 visits postpartum. If anything is outside of my realm of practice I can provide resources for parents to get help in anything they may need.
