Prenatal Class with a Labor & Delivery RN

Are you busy working as well as trying to prepare for your new baby’s arrival? Maybe you have what feels like a million questions, or a unique pregnancy circumstance and would like a class specifically tailored to you. I have worked in the hospital for over 7 years, and there is so much information that I wish my patients knew *before* they arrived. I think one of the biggest things that causes stress and anxiety in my patients is not knowing what to expect and not fully understanding the laboring process. A little knowledge goes a long way, and I guarantee you will head into your birthing process feeling much more confident and ready after taking a prenatal class. During your session you will learn: signs of labor・pain management strategies・tips for partners・packing list・when to go to your birth facility・inductions・breaking your water・pitocin ・labor positions・pain control options once you are in the hospital ・pushing techniques・vaginal birth・cesarean birth・postpartum care・newborn care, and so much more. This typically runs 5 hours long and includes email support from me until your delivery. For flexibility this class can be divided into 2 or 4 shorter sessions to better fit your needs (please request the amount of sessions in the “notes” section on the checkout page).
