Basic Birth Support

Throughout our doula journey, I'll empower you to make truly informed decisions by providing comprehensive information. I offer unwavering emotional support, helping you navigate fears, concerns, or triggers during labor preparation. Physically, I'll ease contractions' intensity and share positive birth affirmations. Partners receive knowledge and advocacy tools. Services include 3 prenatal meetings, birth plan preparation, on-call support from 38 weeks, 2 hours of immediate postpartum assistance, and a postpartum well visit within a week. Ensuring your well-being every step of the way!

Placenta Encapsulation (chocolates or capsules)

This includes My time in processing and preparing your placenta into capsules or chocolate form (choose one) (which typically takes between 24-48 hours ) And An umbilical cord keepsake. I have more packages and add ons on my website!
