About me

Hi, I’m Crystal—a trauma-informed birth doula and perinatal massage therapist with over a decade of experience supporting families through the sacred transitions of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My care is grounded in ancestral wisdom, evidence-based practices, and a deep respect for the power and resilience of birthing people—especially those navigating systems that weren’t built with us in mind. With certifications in fertility, prenatal, postpartum, and infant massage, along with advanced training in nutrition, herbal consulting, and the Body Ready Method®, I offer holistic, whole-person care that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. My clients often describe me as calm, intuitive, and deeply present—whether we’re preparing for birth, moving through postpartum healing, or simply making space for rest and reconnection. I proudly center the needs and experiences of BIPOC families, LGBTQ+ families, and all those seeking individualized, heart-centered support. You deserve to feel seen, safe, and supported on your journey—and I’m here to hold space for that. Serving Colorado Springs and surrounding areas with in-person care. Medicaid and Tricare accepted for qualifying services (Kaiser accepted for care after September 1st, 2025). Virtual offerings also available.

Crystal was our doula for both of our children. I could not have made it through two unmedicated labors without her. She was an advocate, a guiding voice, a gentle hand, and knew exactly when to interject humor and empathy when they were needed most.
