About me

Hi, my name is Clarice and I’m a Certified Postpartum Doula, PCD(DONA), Lactation Counselor and Certified Postpartum Nutrition Professional, CPPNP. The 4th trimester is full of joy and excitement but can also feel overwhelming and be a challenging transition time. Focus and attention is typically on the birth, but evidence shows that support during the postpartum time is critical for the new parents. I would love to help you adjust to your new role by providing physical and emotional support. My goal is to provide nurturing care so you can heal and recover from the birth experience and at the same time build confidence in your parenting abilities.

Service introduction

I offer postpartum doula support, lactation counseling, as well as postpartum nutrition education and services. My goal is to nurture you and your family during this transitional time. I am not there to replace you but to support you in this new journey. Some of the services I provide include light meal prep or full meal support, breast/ chest/ bottle feeding support, infant care, help bonding with the baby, sibling care, gentle education and emotional support, light housekeeping.
