About me

Hi! I'm Christie, an IBCLC and maternal-child nutritionist who supports families from pregnancy through the preschool years. I offer both in-home (Charlotte-Metro Area) and virtual consultations. I believe a healthy relationship with food begins as early as in the womb, and that nutrition in all forms should help support connection, confidence, and trust. My goal is to help caregivers feel informed, supported, and confident as they navigate infant feeding, starting solids, picky eating, and everyday mealtime routines.

Sessions focus on confidence, problem solving, flexibility, and developmentally appropriate feeding guidance. This service is offered in the comfort of your own home and NOT at an office location.
