I was struck by how susceptible new parents can be to misinformation, and my goal as a doula is to eliminate that uncertainty and foster a loving and safe birthing environment for mother and child. Of course the most important thing is that mama and baby are healthy, but that’s not the only important thing. I believe that as a mother your instinct is just as strong as that fetal ejection reflex 💪🏽 and my job is to help you listen to it.
