About me
Hello everyone, my name is Cheryl Conley aka CC! I am a Newborn Care Specialist and Certified Postpartum Doula in the DC, MD, VA area. I have 2 daughters but miscarried 1 other, so I have empathy for you and your struggles and needs. I deeply desire to care for your baby(ies), to help you and your mate, heal and rest, that you may gain strength and clarity of mind again! I can help the whole family nurture the new baby and deal with the new responsibilities. Parents may need more emotional care, as well, during this transition time. I am punctual, rarely ill, very alert and assisting your baby(ies) with feedings, diapers, temperature control, sleep conditioning - then sleep training, folding clothes and clothing changes as needed. As your Postpartum Doula, I will research and implement strategies, assist with shopping, laundry, dishes, etc while you care for yourself and/or baby. I use Baby Connect to journal food intake, bowel movements, growth and activities! I generally work overnights, but am willing to work days when possible. In my personal time, I like to read and proofread, go bowling, walking and swimming participate in Church activities. I trust that we are a great fit and we will meet in person soon. Thank you, CC.
