Hi! I am a certified birth doula and certified childbirth educator. I focus on holistic birth that supports the body's natural, physiological design. My philosophy is about dignity, education, and empowerment in birth. I follow your lead and provide emotional, physical, and informational support, as well as advocacy for your rights and preferences in birth. I am also a devout Catholic Christian and believe in the sacredness of life and birth and I bring those values with me into everything I do!
