Labor & Birth Support
3 prenatal visits to cover birth support, how the family sees me helping them during birth, creating a birth plan, helpful technique’s for birth and virtual text support 24/7. Support of the birth. Postpartum support 1 week after delivery with a homemade meal.

As a doula, I love to help families adjust to their new life by taking on some of the *least favorite* daily household chores. You want laundry folded so you can snuggle your baby? I’m on it. Dishes washed? No problem, make a list for me and I’ll help you out.
Lactation services provided to help with discomforts of breastfeeding, latch, positioning and pumping.

Here in Clovis I’m an instructor through EMS Region 3. I’m certified to teach CPR for infants, children and adults. It can be a combined class or just solo for infants.
