About me

Welcome to Trinity Doula n Massage I am the wife of a US Navy Veteran & Mama of 2 and love all things birth. I began my passion and career as a Birth Doula and Pre-Postnatal Massage Therapist at 25. I quickly recognized that in my heart, I am here to empower and bring comfort to individuals and families in their Labor space. My goal is to bring knowledge and guidance during your beautiful pre and postnatal journey. I am honored and privileged to bring emotional support and encouragement to you and your precious family. I'm here to advocate for you and support you during your Pregnancy and Delivery.

I am excited to share that I offer Birth Doula services ( one with Per - Postnatal Massage Therapy and one with out Per - Postnatal Massage Therapy services, also birth plan support, attending appointments as needed, etc.) and I have Home Birth Tub rentals.

Relaxation w/ Mrs. B (2 Massages)

Before Labor *One meet & greet with the Bryna(no charge), to make sure we make a good team for your labor. The next time we meet is to discuss your birth plan/ birth preferences, answer any questions about labor and concerns or fears you both might have. And what you need from your Doula and Partner during labor (estimated 1-2 hours). I would like to accompany you to 1-3 Doctor's/Midwife appointments, around 34 weeks-42weeks. * I am with you start to finish of your Labor an Delivery. * I will make 1-3 postpartum visits. * 15% off for Military Families.
