Hello everyone, I'm a Birth and Postpartum Doula, as well as a Childbirth Educator. I absolutely love all things birth and baby, but my passion is in helping families adjust to the new changes that a baby brings. I truly believe that everyone should have the support that they need going into pregnancy, birth and postpartum. It's a rollercoaster of a time, with a million questions that come with it. My goal is to have the families I work with, feel informed and empowered during such a pivotal moment in their lives. I got interested in doula work before becoming a mom myself. Now as a mom, that interest has only been strengthened. I talk to so many parents who would've done things differently or wish they had known something back then that could've made their lives that much easier. with a newborn. My goal is to get the answers to my families that they need, whether that be from my own knowledge and expertise or connecting them to the right resources who can help them.

As a Newborn Care Specialist and doula for over 17 years now, I ensure your baby's well-being, assist with feeding, handle diapering and hygiene tasks, provide developmental support, and educate you on newborn care, safety, and development. And as an Infant Sleep Specialist, I work with you to establish healthy sleep patterns and routines for your baby, offering personalized guidance and strategies. So whether you may need some help at night so you can get some sleep, or you need the total guidance and support, I am happy to help. My heartfelt mission is to boost your confidence as parents, assist in establishing restful sleep routines, and to ensure a smooth transition into parenthood. I've been a birth doula for 35 years (I started young!) and I am also a childbirth educator. I got into doula work to advocate so that you can have the best birth possible. I am certified in Spiningbabies, the Rebozo Technique and in Acupuncture. I have always said.....this is your baby, your body and your birth and I'm there to support you in however and wherever you want to birth. I want to make sure that your spouse/partner also feels supported and cared for also. I live in Oceanside and serve San Diego County.

Of course the most important thing is that mama and baby are healthy, but that’s not the only important thing.
